The system which has been there for many years? Its a quality control, and youve only just hit the minimum suggested number of submissions though theyre all traditional sketches. Instead of being mad over nothing, consider just continuing to improve your art/number of good submissions
I've been using this site longer than 2018. I genuinely didn't notice the scouting system. You gonna tell me that whoever uploaded meet & fuck was scouted?

Scouting system's been a thing for a while, but the bar for quality has apparently been raised, as I've seen a lot of people mention being unscouted. You can ask an art moderator what the reasoning was, if so - let me know and I'll give you the list of moderators, because it's normally a bit hard to find ^_^'
To help get yourself more publicity, why not start an art portfolio thread on the Art Forum? That's something anyone can do!
